• The Vision Awards recognizes the radical ideas shaping the future of the built environment. By celebrating imaginative urban solutions, groundbreaking housing models, and speculative public architecture, the program empowers designers, thinkers and creators to explore the power of architectural concepts as a tool for innovation.
  
  
  The Vision Awards also celebrates those who tell powerful, provocative stories about architecture through their favored creative medium — be it photography, videography, models, drawings or renderings.
  
  
  Whether capturing the essence of existing buildings and landscapes, or showcasing visions of what architecture could be, visionaries can be found in every sector — and all deserve a global stage.

Your Work on the Global Stage

• The Vision Awards are hosted by Architizer.com, the largest online community of architects in the world, with an audience 7+ million strong. Entries are judged by distinguished industry luminaries in a variety of disciplines, as well as by Architizer’s editorial team.. Finalists and winners are recognized as the year’s most influential visionaries in their respective fields and receive year-round recognition for their work.

Multiple Ways to Win

• For each Vision Awards category, two accolades are up for grabs: The Jurors’ Choice Award, selected by an expert jury of industry experts and thought leaders, and the Editors’ Choice Award, selected by Architizer’s Editorial Team from the shortlisted nominees in each category. The shortlisted nominees will comprise up to five top-scoring entries, as marked by the Vision Awards jury.
  
  
  Entrants can also opt in to the Editor’s “Best of the Year” Awards, for which Architizer’s editors will develop a shortlist and award one “Best of the Year” accolade in each of the six main category groups (drawing, model, rendering, photograph, video and architectural concept).

The Best of the Year Awards

• The “Best of the Year” Awards recognize the single most outstanding submission in each major discipline of architectural imagination. Drawn from all eligible entries across photography, rendering, video, drawing, model-making, and conceptual design, these categories honor the image, film, or project that rises above the rest—demonstrating extraordinary creative vision, technical mastery, and architectural insight. Each winning entry sets a benchmark for excellence, and will be featured in a dedicated editorial feature on Architizer.com.

Prizes

• The Vision Awards provides a unique opportunity to see your work published in print. The annual publication "How to Visualize Architecture" will form an essential guide to architectural storytelling for design professionals around the globe.
  
  
  Each Juror’s Choice and Editor’s Choice winner will have the opportunity to be featured in the first edition of How to Visualize Architecture. Winners will also receive:
• • Global editorial coverage: Inclusion the Winners Announcement, Gallery and The Visionary 100 on Architizer.com, providing lifelong visibility for your work.
  • Social media spotlight: See your work shared with an audience of 4.75M+ across Architizer's social media channels.
